The Proper People

- Urban explorers Bryan and Michael, they have great cinematography and the music choices are always on point, they respect the places they explore and do not destroy anything as to preserve and showcase the beauty in decay. My favorite video from them is this one, the castle is still stunning despite the decay, to think people used to live in such regalness.

Louis Rossmann

- Cool guy, a right to repair activist & owns a macbook repair company, Rossmann Repair Group. He works at FUTO, their goals are good in my opinion. I look up to Louis in terms of life-philosophy even though if he heard this, he would probably be very concerned.

The Doubtful Technician

- Criminally underrated guy, the content he creates is top-notch and entertaining even though he gets an average of 25k views a video as of 2024-10-02 (yyyy-mm-dd)

Technology Connections

- Content showcasing many technologies / things you would not think much of behind ordinary every-day items, did you know the speed of a door-closer's swing could be changed? the importance of back-up beepers & how to improve them? what are the benefits of incandescent vs LED traffic lights? I personally find them quite resourceful, I find it fun to gain insight on how things you see every day function.

Martin Walls

- Martin created The Walten Files in 2020, it was originally published on his youtube channel Martin Walls, now changed to The Walten Files to dedicate it to the series. It's a horror series of VHS animated tapes inspired by Five Nights at Freddy's, I think it does what FNAF did not, which is, give more focus on psychological trauma. The feeling of severity the implications in The Walten Files gives off cranks it to 200 percent when compared to FNAF. Making sense of the series is quite a task if you require things be explained in a very clear way & it may require watching the series a second time, there is a lot of interpretation in this which I think adds to the appeal. Ah, I forgot to mention there are animatronics, my favorite is Sha, a beautiful sheep. I remember when the trailer for season 1B dropped exactly two months ago, you can see my reaction below, I am very happy to see it being worked on :)

accurate depiction of me

u m a m i

- Artist and music maker, I find their style very interesting as it uses low resolutions while still being detailed. Viewing their livestreams while hearing their thoughts on various subjects is entertaining, you should check out their music, it's released under the name Hexsystem & they have a Bandcamp page. They've stated in their livestreams they feel as if animation is more draining than it was before & they see music creation as a career path after finishing one of their animated series Safe Mode. My favorite song of theirs is called Lana Among the Lilies.

Gamers Nexus

- Computer testing content, at times journalism, they are a team of people who test various computer products / components and showcase the flaws & benefits of said things with in-depth data garnered from heavy testing, they are independent and are community-driven, which means they are less biased and operate on donations and products bought on their store. They also do journalism on fuckups in the computer industry, making big pieces about shitty practices some companies have which I appreciate them investigating and speaking out about, it makes me believe journalism is not dead :)

Project Farm

- Product testing content, extremely to the point with no wasted time, provides a LOT of data with great testing methodology, he is independent and the channel operates on money from selling merch on his store. He accepts viewer suggestions so if you want a specific type of product tested you can give some feedback.

bigclivedotcom

- Content about electronics & their functioning, the way Clive explains things is technical but easy to understand which I appreciate, they have their own site which you should check out for cool electronics related projects.
